There are hodgepodges and then there are days like Saturday. How about the lineup for the final Saturday of June, as we say farewell to the first half of 2019 and prep for all things Saratoga.

The countdown continues, to the end of spring-summer meetings and the start of summer stands around North America and a somewhat light slate just after the Solstice to rev up for warmer weeks ahead.

The Stephen Foster Day card always bridges the gap between the end of the Triple Crown season and the start of summer and Saturday’s loaded program at Churchill Downs proves no exception.
