Week 5 of the 2024 Saratoga Race Course meeting comes to a close with an 11-race Sunday card bolstered by the rescheduled Grade 1 Fourstardave and Grade 1 Saratoga Derby Invitational, along with the previously carded Mahony Stakes for 3-year-olds sprinting on the grass.
The $500,000 Fourstardave, originally scheduled for Saturday but moved because of wet weather caused by Tropical Storm Debby, goes as the 10th race at 6:16 p.m. The Saratoga Derby, also worth $500,000 and for 3-year-olds, follows as the 11th at 6:49 p.m.
