Anyway, August is exactly where we are and there’s no place better to be than Saratoga.
The final day of Week 3 of the meet features a 10-race card topped by a stacked edition of the Grade 2 Amsterdam. The 6 ½-furlong stakes for 3-year-olds features a rematch of Drain The Clock and Jackie’s Warrior, 1-2 last time in the Grade 1 Woody Stephens. The weather looks a little iffy, especially late in the day so make sure you check the forecast and scratches.
