Group 1 stakes attracts $2 million earner Mukhadram, $1.9 million earner Trading Leather, $3 million earner The Fugue, Investec Derby runner-up Kingston Hill, St James Palace runner-up Night Of Thunder and Haskell winner Verrazano. The American-bred son of More Than Ready seeks his first win in Europe. First win, but certainly not first strong performance. He finished third in the Group 1 Lockinge at Newbury and second in the Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes. Wow.

Hamburg. 11:00. Bermuda Reef, a son of Oasis Dream and 1997 Breeders' Cup Turf runner-up Borgia, goes for his third consecutive win, taking on nine rivals in the Almased Cup.

Sandown. Sixth Race. 11:25. 2 miles for $61,500. It never ceases to amaze me the variations of conditions in England. Here, there are basically two distances - sprint and route. In England, they offer 5 furlongs to 2 miles. Routinely. Irish-based Domination won a handicap at Royal Ascot and returns here as high weight.

Delaware Park. Seventh Race. 3:57. The Carl Hanford Memorial. Wow, wish we could be there for the $50,000 stakes. In honor of the trainer of Kelso, the $50,000 stakes attracts nine dirt veterans.

Belmont Park. Sixth Race. 4:01. The Belmont Sprint Championship. Clearly Now heads south from Woodbine, Central Banker has called Saratoga home for the summer and Belmont-based Palace aims to defend his True North win.

Thistledown. Seventh Race. 4:01. The Daniel Stearns Cleveland Gold Cup. Ohio-breds clash at 9 furlongs. Take a look, you never know where your next jumper is coming from, stakes-placed hurdler Rudyard K finished sixth in this race in 2012.

Oak Tree at Pleasanton. 4:15. Pick your breed. Quarter Horses, Arabians and Thoroughbreds combine for a four-stakes card.

Belmont Park. Eighth Race. 5:08. A half hour later, the Suburban. Last Gunfighter tops the 11-horse field.

Ellis Park. Eighth Race. 5:10. The Ellis Park Turf. Miz Ida aims at win No. 8. Klein homebred visited Saratoga last summer. Cool horse. Great story.

Delaware Park. Tenth Race. 5:18. Elizabeth Merryman and Lilith Boucher form a dynamic duo with Alphaa and Rb Burn Baby Burn in the Buzz Brauninger Arabian Distaff Handicap. The latter has won her last three.

Arlington Park. Eighth Race. 5:26. One thing's for sure in the Arlington Sprint, veteran Saint Leon will be in front at first call, he's been there in every race on his chart, the 9-year-old tries to snap a rare losing streak.

Ellis Park. Ninth Race. 5:40. Juddmonte and Bill Mott at the Pea Patch. Revise, a daughter of First Defence and Harpia, makes her turf debut.

Belmont Park. Ninth Race. 5:45. Then the Belmont Park Invitational. Dermot Weld brings Juddmonte's Flying Jib from Ireland. Rosalind didn't need a break after shipping to Royal Ascot, she didn't get to run. Xcellence is the next import for Martin Schwartz. Another awesome race on a stellar card.

Monmouth Park. Eleventh Race. 5:54. The Long Branch. Irish You Well, third in the Illinois Derby and Peter Pan as a maiden, reverted to the maiden ranks in his most recent start, winning it and now jumps back into the stakes game.

Penn National. Fourth Race. 7:22. Bruce Miller primes hurdle winner Euro Power in a $10,000 turf claimer.

Los Alamitos Race Course. Eighth Race. 8:30. The Los Alamitos Derby for $500,000. Yes, $500,000. Champion Shared Belief aims to make it 5-for-5. Hall of Famer Mike Smith picks up the ride for Hall of Famer Jerry Hollendorfer. Wonder if California Chrome will be watching? Wish we were there.
