Sandown. Fifth Race. 10:50. The feature. The Coral-Eclipse Stakes. Group 1 stakes attracts $2 million earner Mukhadram, $1.9 million earner Trading Leather, $3 million earner The Fugue, Investec Derby runner-up Kingston Hill, St James Palace runner-up Night Of Thunder and Haskell winner Verrazano. The American-bred son of More Than Ready seeks his first win in Europe. First win, but certainly not first strong performance. • Watch The Fugue win at Royal Ascot.

Hamburg. 11:00. Bermuda Reef, a son of Oasis Dream and 1997 Breeders’ Cup Turf runner-up Borgia, goes for his third consecutive win, taking on nine rivals in the Almased Cup.

Sandown. Sixth Race. 11:25. 2 miles for $61,500. It never ceases to amaze me the variations of conditions in England. Here, there are basically two distances – sprint and route. In England, they offer 5 furlongs to 2 miles. Routinely. Irish-based Domination won a handicap at Royal Ascot and returns here as high weight.

Finger Lakes. Fourth Race. 2:31 p.m. Clean Jean seeks win number 15, in the Jack Betta Be Rite.

Belmont Park. Fourth Race. 2:56. The Dwyer. Three-year-olds clash for $200,00. Some of clashed with the best, others have yet to try to the top. Kid Cruz crushed eight rivals in the Easy Goer at same trip. Mike Hushion reaches outside New York-bred confines with the undefeated Captain Serious. Just five betting interests as Kid Cruz and Captain Serious come as a package deal at 8-to-5 on the morning line.

Delaware Park. Eighth Race. 4:24. The Oh Say. Read Joe’s story about Oh Say.

Belmont Park. Seventh Race. 4:34. The Belmont Derby Invitational. Martin Panza wanted an international feel, he got it. New York, Ireland, France…Toast Of New York, Adelaide, Gailo Chop…Jamie Osborne, Antoine De Watrigant, the great Gai Waterhouse from Australia…Global View, Bobby’s Kitten, Dance With Fate. A new day, a big race.

Delaware Park. Ninth Race. 4:51. Chuck Lawrence aims for a career moment, sending out homebred Pixie Dust in the Delaware Oarks. His parents will be there. Root for a guy who works hard and deserves a big day. Rick Violette, John Servis, Graham Motion and Butch Reid aren’t going to give Lawrence a gift.

Gulfstream Park. Eighth Race. 5:02. Prado picks up the ride on second-time starter Little Alexis. She was brilliant in her debut in February.

Ellis Park. Eighth Race. 5:10. The Ellis Park Turf. Miz Ida aims at win No. 8. Klein homebred visited Saratoga last summer. Cool horse. Great story.

Delaware Park. Tenth Race. 5:18. Elizabeth Merryman and Lilith Boucher form a dynamic duo with Alphaa and Rb Burn Baby Burn in the Buzz Brauninger Arabian Distaff Handicap. The latter has won her last three.

Arlington Park. Eighth Race. 5:26. One thing’s for sure in the Arlington Sprint, veteran Saint Leon will be in front at first call, he’s been there in every race on his chart, the 9-year-old tries to snap a rare losing streak.
